Campsite Bookings

Here you can see if the site is already booked for the date you require and book it for the evening, week or weekend.  The red coloured dates on the calendar are already booked!

If you would like to book a date that is already booked, please email us ( and we will inquire whether the primary booked group will share. The campsite is big enough to support multiple bookings as long as all parties agree.



Camp fees: with effect from 01 January 2020, camping will be charged per person per night at:

£3.00 for Boston District Scouts

£3.50 for Guides and Scouts from other areas

£4.00 for all other youth groups

Cabin Hire is for the duration of the camp and is:

£15.00 for Boston District Scouts

£25.00 for all others

Pioneering poles can be hired for £10.00

A cleaning deposit of £20.00 is required for all bookings including those pre-booked  (this cannot be paid via BACs; a separate cheque or cash is required please). If the site is left in a satisfactory condition, the cleaning deposit cheque will be destroyed after a site inspection, if not the deposit will be forfeited and you will be informed of the reason why. (if you require your cheque back, please enclose a SAE)

A £10 camp fee deposit (non-refundable) and the cleaning deposit MUST be sent within 14 days or your booking will be cancelled.

A camp blanket badge (pictured above) is available at £1.50 per badge.  Badges can be ordered via the booking form on the booking invoice you will receive.

7 days prior to camp, please confirm your numbers and pay the balance of your booking.

Please note that when picking your dates, you need to click each day of the camp including start and end days. So for a Friday to Sunday booking, you would click the Fri, Sat and Sun.
